How the Tradie Blueprint® Planner works
Five levels, one cascade. Plan from the top down, execute from the bottom up, here it is in three moves.
1. Set the direction
Name your year with a one-line Banner, two goals (what you build, and the number that proves it worked), and dated milestones then pressure-test it against your Time, People, Systems and Cash before you march.
2. Cascade the plan
Your year becomes quarterly campaigns, campaigns become monthly Battle Orders, and each week you name 3 Strategic Strikes you must win so nothing important is ever more than a week from action.
3. Win the day
Each day gets one Key Victory and two supporting actions, opened with a Morning Oath and closed with an Evening Closure so the day delivers the week, and the week delivers the year.

THE SYSTEM
The Five-Level Cascade
The idea that ties the whole planner together: Year sets direction, Quarter shapes the campaign, Month carries the orders, Week wins the strikes, Day strikes true. Vision cascades down; execution delivers up.

LEVEL 1 — YEAR
Your Year
Filled once. Name your Banner (your one-line vision), your Two Marks, a Capacity goal (what you build so next year is easier) and a Performance goal (the number that proves the year worked) and 2–3 dated milestones. Then run it through the Sovereign’s Envelope to check you’re truly ready across Time, People, Systems and Cash.
LEVEL 1 — YEAR (FINANCE)
Guard the Gold
The money layer of your year: an ROI & timing table to test each milestone, the Quest Financial Ledger of key ratios (gross profit, overheads, debt, tax, profit) and a full 12-month income & profit target grid, goals set at the start, actuals filled each month.
FOUNDATIONS
Time Audit & Ideal Week
Before you plan the weeks, you find the time. A 15-minute Time Audit across several days shows where your hours actually go and what value they add then the Ideal Week template helps you design the week you want.
LEVEL 2 — QUARTER
Your Quarter
Filled four times a year. Look Back Before You March, map your Seasons Matrix, set 1–3 Campaign projects, keep the quarterly Financial Ledger, and hold a Quarterly War Council to review honestly and reset.
LEVEL 3 — MONTH
Your Month
Filled twelve times. A month calendar, Monthly Battle Orders drawn straight from the active quarterly campaign (what each project must deliver this month), your targets, and a clear Focus for the Month.
LEVEL 4 — WEEK
Your Week
Filled every Sunday evening. Anchor the Week, name your 3 Strategic Strikes (each finishable this week and tied to the month’s Battle Orders), block the time, set your Non-Negotiables for personal and self-leadership, and close with an End-of-Week War Council.
LEVEL 5 — DAY
Your Day
Filled every morning. One Key Victory plus two supporting actions, your schedule and notes, opened with a Morning Oath and closed with an Evening Closure and an honest end-of-day review, the level where the whole cascade finally delivers.

Is the planner dated?
Yes, this is the FY 2026–27 edition, running July 2026 to September 2026, with a page for every day, week, month and quarter of the financial year.
Who is this for?
This is for tradies in any industry sector from electricians, plumbers, carpenters and builders to painters, handymen, landscapers and refrigeration mechanics - essentially, anybody who is feeling stuck in their business and not sure what the next steps need to be to take their businesses to the next level and provide balance in their lives.
Do I need to have read The King’s Path or The King’s Order?
Not at all. The planner works completely on its own. If you do follow The King’s Order, it’s the perfect execution companion, same language, same journey but it stands alone as a practical 3-month planner.
