Paul's journey began at just 16 years old as an apprentice electrician. Over the next 25+ years, he built a successful career in business management before following his passion for coaching. Inspired by his late mentor, he is committed to empowering others through education, mentoring, and accountability.

He holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of South Australia and is a qualified Professional Practitioner of Coaching (Level IV, Leadership Coaching) through The Coaching Institute (TCI). Today, Paul serves as a Pro Coach Business Mentor at The International Coaching Institute (ICI)—the largest coaching school in Australasia—and as a RISE Coach at Master Builders SA. In this role, he supports business owners, subcontractors, and workers, with a strong focus on providing tailored support for female and First Nations members in the industry.

Paul is also the founder of Tradie Coach, a business dedicated to helping tradie business owners transform their operations and achieve their ideal lifestyle. He actively promotes his work at various industry events, including Bunnings Trade Expos, to connect with and inspire more business owners.
